Metropolitan France: Product delivery will be carried out by the services of La Poste, DPD, GLS, Geodis or any other carrier chosen by the sender depending on the number, volume and weight of the package(s), to home addresses only.
International: We ship to the following countries: (Mainland shipments only)

We pack each order with particular care to safeguard the integrity of the products during transport, using cartons and cushioning suitable for industrial transport.
Our priority is that your products are delivered to you in perfect condition.
Should any damage occur during transport, we urge you to contact us within 3 days ( Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code ) and provide us with photographs of the damaged package, the damaged product, and the shipping label affixed to the box. After this period, no claims will be accepted, and the products will be considered as having been delivered in good condition.
After analyzing the photographs, we will proceed with the replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are a contribution from the customer towards postage and packaging and are calculated based on the weight, volume and fragility of the products purchased.
Bulky or fragile products benefit from specific, adapted packaging that guarantees their integrity during transport.
Shipping costs are not subject to any commercial margin.
A package tracking number will be sent to the Customer by email as soon as their order is shipped. Shipping times are 3 to 8 days for addresses in mainland France after payment confirmation. This timeframe may be extended in the event of public holidays or weekends, exceptional company events, or annual leave. Deliveries by carrier are made to the customer's doorstep on public property.
Delivery times for products made to order or according to the customer's specific requirements are set at a maximum of 8 weeks. For orders containing both new and custom-made products, shipping may be split into multiple packages, with delivery times specific to each type of product. Le Petit Florilège will inform the customer directly by email as soon as more precise delivery information is available.
Returns
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of his goods to withdraw and a period of 14 (fourteen) days from his withdrawal to return his package, without justification or penalty.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, products made to measure or on request, unsealed products (in particular hygiene products) and fragile products.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the products in new, complete condition, with their packaging in good condition, to allow for resale without depreciation.
For any return under this right of withdrawal, the following procedure must be fully respected:
The Customer will contact Le Petit Florilège via the contact form provided, indicating their wish to return the product and providing the order number given on their order confirmation. To help us improve our offerings, the Customer will have the option to state the reason for the return.
- Le Petit Florilège, after validation of the return, will provide the Customer with the return procedure.
- The returned product must be packaged in suitable packaging, guaranteeing the integrity of the product and its packaging during return transport.
- The customer must not stick their shipping label directly onto the product packaging (brand carton, plastic bag or other packaging) at the risk of damaging it and preventing its resale in new condition.
- The complete product and its packaging must be placed in a dedicated transport carton that protects the product, its accessories and its sales packaging.

- Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
Returns to collection points are not accepted and will not be processed. They must be delivered directly to the address above. Subject to the conditions outlined above, Le Petit Florilège will refund the total amount, including all taxes, of the order corresponding to the returned products, excluding initial delivery charges if the return is partial. The customer's bank account will be credited with this amount within 14 (fourteen) days of Le Petit Florilège receiving the returned products, directly to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
In the event of damage, loss, or destruction of the package during a return, the entire order and return costs will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
