A home decor brand born from passion

Since 2014, we have been selecting lighting, furniture, and decorative objects with one simple conviction: an interior is not just built by following trends, but by choosing pieces that have character, evoke an emotion, and naturally find their place in the home.

We do not design the objects we offer. However, we put all our energy into selecting, staging, photographing, and presenting them with the same care as if we had imagined them ourselves. It is this attention that guides each of our collections.

The story of Florence and Richard

The story of Le Petit Florilège begins with Florence and Richard, who combined their experience and sensibilities to give birth to an independent decor shop.

Before creating Le Petit Florilège, Florence worked in fashion. Always drawn to materials, colors, and volumes, she then pursued her training at the École Boulle, where she deepened her perspective on furniture, objects, and interior design.

As for Richard, he worked in event architecture, a world in which he developed his sensitivity to spaces, staging, graphic design, and imagery.

In 2014, we chose to combine these experiences to create Le Petit Florilège: a home decor brand in which each collection is chosen for its personality and consistency, far from the logic of impersonal catalogs.

Our selection process

Florence composes the collections at Le Petit Florilège by searching for objects that combine manufacturing quality, character, and a balance of shapes, colors, and materials.

Natural materials occupy an important place in our world, alongside ceramics, glass, metal, porcelain, and textiles. We appreciate pieces that can fit into different interior styles and stand the test of time in the home.

We also pay particular attention to finishes, the reliability of our partners, and the experience offered to our customers, from the presentation of products on our online shop to their preparation and shipment.

Today, Le Petit Florilège remains a small family business based in the Lot region. We continue to be directly involved in every step of its operation: product selection, photography, writing product descriptions, website development, customer service, and order preparation.

This human-scale approach allows us to maintain an attentive eye on the collections we offer and to personally support our customers, whether they are private individuals or professionals.
